Chubu Pack’s latest exhibition finished in April 2008 with a great success, it was our 16th event in 29 years since the first one took place in 1979.
With a consistent record, we are living up to our name and are highly counted on as the largest industrial exhibition in the central Japan area.

The year 2010’s exhibition will be our 17th event in 30 years after the first one was held in 1979. The last Chubu Pack in 2008 was a 4 day event which had a total of 60,726 visitors and 230 exhibitors both of which numbers were a 10% increase from the previous event in 2007.
Under today’s various food related problems such as food mislabeling and food contamination, “Safety and Reassurance” are becoming increasingly a great challenge. We believe that the mission of our industry is to provide products that our consumers can purchase with peace of mind, and eat and taste with a smile. With this in mind, we chose the theme for our 2010 exhibition that is “Because I want to see your smile ~ Chubu Pack 2010.”
As hosting the Chubu Pack exhibition is of great significance, we intend to make a day-to-day effort to satisfy both exhibitors and visitors by offering such an event.
By providing cutting-edge technology to the world from the Chubu area where the manufacturing industry thrives, we emphasize that the exhibition in the Chubu area which is located right in the centre of Japan will be convenient for visitors from all over the country.
Chubu Pack 2010 will be ready as an integrated exhibition to bring together a variety of materials and equipment related to safe and reliable raw materials, manufacturing and processing, products for sanitation control, packaging and related machinery, and eco-friendly products for the future. We will also co-host the third “POWTEX NAGOYA 2010” with The Association of Powder Process Industry and Engineering, Japan (APPIE). We await the many exhibitors’ participants and hope visitors in related industries will find having this exhibition in Chubu area an advantage with extra benefits which other areas cannot offer, and utilize it to expand their businesses, make presentations, and business conferences, for the future advancement of industries in the packaging, food machinery, packaging materials, containers, and powder process related machinery.
