2010 Chubu Pack

2010 Chubu Pack will be held in April 2010.
Deadline for application is Nov 30, 2009.

●Application period
The beginning of March to Nov 30, 2009
The application deadline will be earlier in case that all the booths are reserved during the period.

●Application method

Complete the application form and send it to the secretariat.

●Exhibition fee

●Application fee and preferential treatment

￥50,000 per booth must be paid when applying. When payment is done by September 30, 200*, 10% of application fee will be deducted from the total fee at the time to settle a balance.

●Cancellation

Cancellation of exhibiting is basically not allowed. Please remember that in case of cancellation, application fee and exhibition fee an exhibitor has already paid is not refundable.

●Prohibition

Exhibitors cannot sell anything except printed books in the exhibition hall during the exhibition period.

●Application fee, exhibition fee, and beneficiary banks

The fees are payable by bank transfer to Chubu Pack at the account detailed below.
（Bank transfer fee shall be borne by the exhibitor）
