The application deadline will be earlier in case that all the booths are reserved during the period.

●Application method

Complete the application form and send it to the secretariat.

●Exhibition fee

●Application fee and preferential treatment

￥50,000 per booth must be paid when applying. When payment is done by September 30, 200*, 10% of application fee will be deducted from the total fee at the time to settle a balance.

●Cancellation

Cancellation of exhibiting is basically not allowed. Please remember that in case of cancellation, application fee and exhibition fee an exhibitor has already paid is not refundable.

●Prohibition

Exhibitors cannot sell anything except printed books in the exhibition hall during the exhibition period.

(1)A standard booth is set up with system panels. A system panel consists of a vinyl panel (white), aluminum pole, and aluminum beam. It is not permitted to directly drive a nail or screw down into, or put adhesives or paper to system panels, aluminum poles, and beams. A Standard booth has 2 types: a single booth and a double booth. The organizer will construct booths with a back wall, side walls, and a booth number plate. A parapet and company name plate will be set up if requested. In case of a block format booth, there will be no standard booths due to limited space.

(2) Exhibitors are responsible for all displays except the above.

(3)The size of 1 standard booth is 2.97m (frontage) x 2.97m (depth). The maximum height of a booth display is 2.7m. However, the maximum height can be 4.5m in the area which is 1m from aisles and adjacent booths with approval from the organizer and the local fire department after submitting a display plan (drawing). In case that back is a building wall, 1m requirement is eased with submission of a display plan (drawing).

(4)We recommend to use a standard booth if display cost needs to be reduced.

(1)Basic supply electric power (free)
The organizer supplies necessary electric power for product demonstrations and booth lightning up to the following limits (per booth).

(2) Electrical Installations and Costs
The organizer will undertake to install main power supply lines to a point close to the booth and will provide switchboxes. Additional power installation will be an exhibitor’s responsibility.

(3) Additional power main installation costs
When an exhibitor’s power requirement exceeds the limits stipulated in (1), the exhibitor will be required to pay the cost of the installation of an extra power main in accordance with the following table.

(4) Electric Power Charges
Power usage will be calculated at the rate of \50 per kWh by applying electric power supply regulation of Chubu Electric Power Co., Ltd. according to applied kw and load by an exhibitor. The usage cost will be charged with additional power main installation cost during the exhibition period.

When gas is used as heat source, only propane gas is available. All costs incurred in connection with the installation of gas facilities and the cost of the gas itself shall be borne by the exhibitor. (An exhibitor must specify potential gas usage in the exhibit application form for gas. When an exhibitor needs to change the usage, please notify the administration office by January 15, 2010).

Basic plumbing systems are provided in the exhibition hall. All installation costs and the cost of water usage shall be borne by the exhibitor.

(1)Exhibitors may carry out demonstrations within their own booths allotted by the organizer.

(2)Exhibitors may carry out food tasting through their machine and equipment demonstrations with approval from the public health department.

(3)Approval will normally not be given for the sales of processed foods.

Exhibitors may invite their customers with invitations provided by the organizer.

(1)The organizer will issue a“Directory of Exhibitors” specifying rules related to exhibits and distribute it to exhibitors at the beginning of February, 2010.

(2)Exhibitors must comply with the rules specified in this “Directory of Exhibitors”.

(1)Acts that prevent or interfere with business negotiations of other exhibitors are prohibited.

(2)When videos and microphones are used, the volume of speakers will be limited.

When an anchor bolt is to be installed under the floor of the hall, an exhibitor must notify in advance. All costs including installation and restoration shall be borne by the exhibitor.

Telephones will be installed during the exhibition period if applied by an exhibitor in advance. The cost shall be borne by the exhibitor.
