For companies to plan to exhibit products, please apply by the end of November, 2023.

| Application fee of exhibiting and benefit | Please pay ¥50,000 of application fee for each one stand when you apply. If you pay before September 30, 2023, 10% discount of application fee will be applied when remaining amount is settled. |
| About cancellation of the participation | Cancellation of exhibiting application As a general rule, cancellation of exhibiting application cannot be accepted. Please note that even if you cancel an application for exhibiting, application fee or exhibit fee already paid cannot be refund. |
| Prohibited matter | Prohibited matter Exhibitors cannot sell anything except books on the spot in the venue during the event. |
